Slow Cooker Chicken Bacon Ranch Soup

You Will Need

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups chicken broth
1 packet Riega Ranch Chicken Slow Cooker Seasoning
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onion for garnish

Directions
  1. In a slow cooker pot, add chicken, chicken broth, Riega Seasoning, and cream cheese. Cook for about 5 hours on low, or until the chicken is tender. 
  2. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred. Add chicken back to the slow cooker and stir in shredded cheese and bacon. Cover and cook for 15 more minutes.
  3. Stir in the cream, season with salt and pepper. Top with more shredded cheese, bacon, and green onion. Serve and enjoy!
