Carne Asada Lettuce Wraps

(Serves 4-6)

Lettuce chat about how good these Carne Asada Wraps are! 10/10. This recipe is so tasty and Keto friendly. It gives you food truck taco vibes but with a healthy twist. Top with jalapenos for an extra kick and ENJOY!

You Will Need

1 package Riega Carne Asada Seasoning
1 cup orange juice
¼  cup soy sauce
¼ cup oil
2 lbs. Skirt, sirloin, or flank steak

2 heads of romaine lettuce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 red bell peppers, sliced
Salt and pepper to season
Queso fresco crumbles for topping (optional)
guacamole for dipping (optional)


For the Meat:
1. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, oil and 1 package Riega Carne Asada seasoning. Marinate steak for 2-12 hours.
2. Grill, sear, or sauté until desired temperature is reached.

For the Wraps:
1. Cut the heads off romaine lettuce and rinse the leaves under cold water if they haven’t already been washed.
2. In a small skillet, add olive oil and sauté red bell pepper until tender. Season with salt and pepper, set aside.
3. Top each romaine leaf with carne asada meat, bell pepper, and optional queso fresco. Enjoy!
