Maple Glazed Pork Chops with Brussels Sprouts

You Will Need

3 lbs pork chops
3.5 cups brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced in half
3.5 cups baby potatoes, sliced in half
2 tablespoons oil
1.5 teaspoons garlic powder

1 packet Riega Maple Glazed Pork
Salt and pepper to taste
Chives, chopped for garnish

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. On a lined sheet pan, place sliced potatoes and brussels. Toss them with 1 tablespoon oil, then season them with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are almost cooked all the way through.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry and coat with 1 tablespoon oil, followed by Riega Maple Glazed Pork Seasoning.
  3. Pull the veggies out to flip making more room for the pork chops on the pan.
  4. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until pork is to desired doneness.
  5. Top with sliced chives and enjoy!
