You Will Need

Riega® himalayan pink salt to taste

Riega® pepper to taste

3 tomatoes of choice

1 mozzarella ball

10-15 leaves of basil

2 tbs olive oil

 

Directions
  1. Cut Tomatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices, cut mozzarella into 1/2 inch thick slices
  2. Plate tomato and cheese alternating between the two in a circle.
  3. Drizzle plate with olive oil, Riega® pink salt, Riega® pepper, and basil leaves
  4. Serve and enjoy!
