You Will Need

For the Sliders:
2 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
1 ½ tbsp. Riega Verde Pork Seasoning
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
12 Slider Buns, for serving

For the Creamy Slaw:
4 cups Shredded Green Cabbage (or red cabbage)
¼ cup. Salsa Verde
½ cup Mayonnaise
⅓ cup crumbled Cotija Cheese
½ tsp. Riega Verde Pork Seasoning
1 tsp. Sugar

Directions
  1. Coat pork tenderloin in olive oil and season on all sides with Verde Pork Seasoning until thoroughly coated. Place in a shallow dish, cover, and marinate for 2-4 hours.
  2. Mix the salsa verde, mayonnaise, cotija cheese, Verde Pork seasoning, and sugar in a bowl. Stir until well combined, then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Lightly brush the grates of an outdoor grill with oil. Heat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Once the grill is hot, grill the marinated pork tenderloin for 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through grilling, until internal temperature reaches 140 F. Transfer the pork to a cutting board, tent with foil, and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  5. While the pork rests, toss the shredded cabbage with the creamy salsa verde mixture to create the slaw.
  6. Cut the pork tenderloin into ½” thick slices. Pile pork onto slider buns and top with salsa verde slaw.
  7. Serve immediately.
