You Will Need

For the Burgers:
1 ½ lbs. Ground Beef
1 tbsp. Riega Asada Griller Seasoning
1 fresh Jalapeno, minced (stems and seeds removed)
2 slices thick-cut Bacon, cut into ¼” pieces
½ cup shredded Colby Jack Cheese
4 slices Cheddar Cheese
Fresh Jalapeno Slices, optional (for topping)
4 Hamburger Buns

For the Cream Cheese Spread:
1 cup Whipped Cream Cheese
1 fresh Jalapeno, minced (stems and seeds removed)
2 tbsp. Finely chopped Cilantro
½ tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions
  1. Combine ground beef, Asada Griller seasoning, minced jalapeno, bacon, and shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to gently mix until combined. Divide the mixture into four equal-sized portions, and form each portion into a burger patty that is slightly larger than the buns.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, minced jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic powder. Stir until thoroughly mixed, then set aside.
  3. Lightly brush the grates of an outdoor grill with oil. Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Once the grill is hot, place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip the burgers over and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. About a minute before the burgers are done grilling, place one slice of cheddar cheese on top of each burger. Place the cut sides of the buns onto an empty part of the grill. Cook for about one minute until the cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
  5. Transfer the toasted buns to a serving platter and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the cut side of each bun (both the top and bottom buns).
  6. Place one cooked burger onto each bottom bun, top with fresh jalapenos, then cap with the top bun.
