Hot dang, this sauce is to die for! Enjoy this easy homemade Hatch Green Chile sauce on everything from steak, tacos, burritos, enchiladas or as a dip with chips. Spice up *almost* everything with this spicy delight.

1 lb sour cream
1 (4.5 oz) can hatch diced green chiles
1 packet Riega® Hatch Green Chili Bowl Seasoning
1 lime, juiced

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Use sauce to top chicken, or as a dip with chips!
