2 tablespoons oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 pouch Riega Fish Taco Seasoning, separated
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 lime, half juiced and half for garnish
Salt to taste
Cilantro, red onion, or feta cheese for garnish

Directions
  1. In a bowl, add shrimp and half of Riega Fish Taco seasoning pouch. Mix until the shrimp is evenly coated in seasoning.
  2. In a medium sauté pan on medium-high heat, add oil and begin sauteing the garlic.
  3. Once fragrant, add the shrimp, then pour in the heavy cream. Add the second half of Riega Fish Taco Seasoning and mix well. Let cook for about 4 minutes, or until heavy cream has reduced by half.
