Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

(Serves 4)

It’s Pasta Night! This recipe is the ultimate comfort food that incorporates all the fan favorite flavors: chicken, bacon and ranch. In 5 steps you will have a delicious meal the whole family can enjoy!

You Will Need

For the chicken:
2 large boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to season

For the pasta:
2 cups pasta of choice, cooked
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy whipping cream (½ cup more for creamier)
2 tablespoons Riega Ranch Seasoning
Salt and pepper to season
6 strips of bacon, chopped and cooked
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

  1. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a medium skillet, add oil and sear chicken breasts on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side (or until cooked all the way through).
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat and pour in the heavy whipping cream. Stir in the ranch seasoning and chopped (cooked) bacon. Let the mixture thicken up for a few minutes, then add cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Once the pasta is combined in the sauce, remove from heat and top with sliced cooked chicken. Enjoy!
