Snack time is the best time, especially with taco flavor in the mix! 🌮😋

(Prep time: 10 minutes, Bake time: 1 hour)

Ingredients:
1 packet Riega taco seasoning
1 bag oyster crackers
1 bag large cracker
1 bag cheese it’s
1 bag pretzels
1 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon chili flake
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
1) combine all crackers into a large pan
2) mix olive oil, Riega taco seasoning, chili flake, and paprika into a container and pour over the crackers
3) bake in the oven at 250 for 1 hour mixing every 20 minutes
4) serve and enjoy!

Buffalo Chicken Flautas

It’s like everyone’s favorite Buffalo chicken dip but rolled up into a tortilla and baked to a crispy perfection! Perfect weeknight cheat meal or even a game day snack!

Amount of flaunts this recipe makes depends on the size of tortilla you’re using. You can use small tortillas to make more! 

Ingredients
8oz vegan chicken, cooked and chopped
8oz vegan cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese of choice 
1/3-1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
1oz vegan ranch seasoning
1/3 cup of chopped celery
Flour tortillas
For garnish: vegan ranch, buffalo sauce, vegan bleu cheese crumbles, and chopped chives or green onions

Directions
Preheat oven to 450
In a medium bowl add the first 6 ingredients
Mix well until til creamy
Microwave tortilla for a few seconds to help them bend
Place onto working area
Place a large spoonful of chicken mixture onto tortilla
Spread out a thin line
Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly around mixture
Place seam side down onto prepared baking sheet
Continue with remaining tortilla and mixture
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes
Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes until golden
Remove and let sit 3-5 minutes
Plate and garnish as so:
Drizzle with Buffalo sauce then ranch
Sprinkle with crumbled bleu cheese and chives
Serve and enjoy!

🍗🍔Riega Buffalo Chicken Sliders🍔🍗

Riega Ranch Dressing Ingredients: 
1 pouch Riega Organic Ranch 
1.5 cups mayo
.5 cups milk 

Sliders
12 pack King Hawaiians Sweet rolls
1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
½ cup buffalo sauce
½ cup Riega Ranch Dressing (save rest for dipping)
8 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese
3 tbsp butter (melted)
1 pouch Ranch Organic Seasoning
 
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare the Riega Ranch Dressing by combining 1 pouch of Riega Organic Ranch Dressing Seasoning with 1.5 cups of mayo and 0.5 cup of milk. Stir until smooth and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese (reserve some cheese for topping).
4. Using a large serrated knife, carefully slice the rolls in half horizontally, like you would a bagel, separating the tops from the bottoms. Place the bottom halves on a prepared baking sheet.
5. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls. Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top, then place the tops of the rolls back on.
6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Riega Ranch seasoning pouch. Brush this mixture over the top of the rolls.
7. Bake for 10–15 minutes, checking halfway through.
8. Serve with the remaining ranch dressing for dipping, and enjoy!😋

Ingredients:
* 30 oz corn (frozen corn, thawed, or canned corn, drained)
* 1 tablespoon butter (for sautéing canned corn)
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup Cotija cheese (crumbled)
* 1 tablespoon lime juice (about 1 lime)
* 1 tsp Riega Fresca Grill seasoning
* 1 jalapeño, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
* 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Dippers: tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Optional Garnishes:
* Extra Cotija cheese
* Additional chopped cilantro
* Extra lime wedges
* Extra fresca seasoning 
 
Directions: 
1. Sauté the corn in a skillet with butter over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until golden and slightly charred.
2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Cotija cheese, lime juice, Riega Fresca Grill Seasoning, diced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic.
3. Stir in the sautéed corn until well combined. Taste, then season with salt, pepper, and more lime juice if desired.
4. Garnish with extra Cotija cheese, cilantro, lime wedges and Fresca Seasoning. 
5. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies. Enjoy!

Riega Garlic Baked Kale Chips🥬🧄

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Riega Garlic Salt (or to taste)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F
2. Wash the kale thoroughly and dry it completely.
3. Place the kale pieces in a large bowl.
4. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Riega Garlic Seasoning Salt and gently massage into the leaves, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
5. Arrange the kale pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Avoid overlapping them to ensure even crisping.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking halfway through. The kale should be crispy but not burnt. Keep a close eye the last 7-8 minutes to prevent overcooking.
7. Remove the kale chips from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes. 
8. Serve and enjoy!😋
