Holiday Veggie Wreath

Deck the table with a ring of holiday cheer! Our Holiday Veggie Wreath is not just a feast for the eyes but a culinary triumph that celebrates the season. Crafted with vibrant and nutritious vegetables, this wreath is a show-stopping centerpiece that will have your guests singing praises. You Will Need

1 (16 oz) light sour cream

1 Riega Organic Ranch Seasoning

2 (12 oz) bags of broccoli

1 cucumber (sliced)

1 green bell pepper (sliced)

1 red bell pepper (sliced)

1 (10 oz) package cherry tomatoes

1 ribbon tied into a bow (optional)

  1. In a bowl, mix together sour cream and ranch seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow dip to set up.
  2. On a large round platter, place a small serving bowl in the center for ranch dip.  Cut all veggies before assembly.
  3. Begin assembling the wreath. First add a layer of broccoli and then top with cucumbers and green bell peppers.
  4. Once the green layer is full, add on cherry tomatoes and red bell peppers.
  5. Optional: tie a ribbon into a bow and place at the bottom of the wreath for decoration.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
