RE: 2022 Riega Foods Industrial Fee and Charge Schedule

As the Riega Foods, LLC industrial business continues to grow and change we wanted to clearly communicate our 2022 Fee and Charge Schedule. We know these items are never a pleasant subject for any of us, but these fees do help to keep our business moving efficiently. This in turn helps us to keep the overall price of goods as low as possible for you. Please work with your sales and customer service manager to clarify any issues.

2022 Riega Foods Industrial Fee and Charge Schedule – As of January 1, 2022

• Freight Surcharge – Raw Material Acquisition $0.16 per lb – subject to change Surcharge has been removed as a stand alone fee. As of May 1, 2022 freight costs from origin are now billed completely in the price to customer. Freight to your facility is billed separately from this surcharge.

• Minimum Order                 

       < 750                  $100 per order Order                           > 751 lbs.                 No Charge

• Restocking Fee 10% of Order with min of $250

Restocking Fee is charged on picked goods that are removed from order prior to shipping, or returned to Riega Foods due to error on customer. Restock may also be subject to freight charges.

• Delayed BOL and/or Delayed Pickup/Delivery $100 per Business Day per Order Delayed BOL is for pickup customers only, and is charged if no BOL is provided within 2 business days of being informed goods are ready for pickup. Delayed Pickup/Delivery is for goods not picked up within 5 days of being informed they are ready for pickup customers, and delays/pushed delivery dates for delivered customers of more than 5 days once order is picked.

• No Appointment/No BOL Fee – Pickup Only $100 per occurrence

All pickup orders must have a completed BOL, and trucking company must schedule pickup.

• Rush Order – Ready in 2 business days $250 per order

• Rush Order – Ready in 1 or same business day $500 per order

• PO Change Fee Varies

No charge if PO is not picked in warehouse (48 hours prior to ship date), but Restocking and Rush order Fee’s could apply if order is picked and ship date on order must be met.

• Past Due Fee 5% per 30 days (max 18% per Annum)

Fee for past due invoices starts immediately once invoice is past due and charged every subsequent 30 days thereafter.

Fee’s are subject to change at any time. Riega will provide notice prior to any fee changes.
